The Best Academy Of Dance 2025-2026 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payments and fees (Invoices will be sent every 4 weeks)

1.1 For a place in our classes there is a £10.00 registration fee.

1.2 Payments are made via our class4kids Software.

1.3 Fees are reviewed annually.

1.4 If you are having trouble paying, please speak to a member of our team and we will do our best to accommodate.

1.6 Fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

2.1 Should you wish to cancel a class or resign from Best Academy of Dance then we require an email from the Parent/Guardian a term in advance this term will be paid in full.

2.2 All unattended lessons are still payable.

3. Clothing

3.1. Best Academy Of Dance branded merchandise and uniform for each class is available to order, please ask for a order form, once filled out return to the school.

(An order will be placed and an invoice will be emailed out with total amount and the schools bank detail attached. Please state clearly the item and size you wish to purchase. )

3.2. Uniform should be worn at every session.

3.3 Hair should be tied back or out of eyes where possible.

4.Classes and performances

4.1 Promotional pictures and footage will be taken throughout the year during classes, exams and performances. We ask you select this as an option on our class4kids when signing up if you do NOT wish for your child to take part. We may also work in collaboration with outside media companies in line with our data protection policy. For this reason please ensure that the permissions form on class4kids is updated in line with your preferences.

4.2. We advise that your child does not bring any valuables with them to the classes.

Best Academy of Dance do not accept any liability for lost or damaged belongings. Any belongings should have child’s name clearly marked.

4.3. No child will be allowed to leave the building without a parent/guardian (unless arranged otherwise) Your child’s safety is paramount to us.

4.4. Best Academy of Dance cannot be held responsible for any injuries incurred during dance class. Teachers will ensure students are learning and progressing in a safe manner.

4.5 If you wish to drop a class, this must be confirmed by email.

4.6 If you wish to add a class, this can be done by updating your class4kids account.

5. Discipline

5.1. Unruly, disruptive behaviour in class will not be tolerated. We have a strict anti-bullying policy in place and expect our students to adhere to this at all times.

5.2. We believe in teaching boundaries and setting a good example in line with our positive ethos to build our student’s confidence.

6. General

6.1 Any medical conditions must be disclosed upon registration, and the responsibility falls on you, the parent/guardian, to update us when necessary thereafter through the class4kids software. It is imperative that we are always fully aware of any health implications, for your child’s safety and your own peace of mind.

6.2 Best Academy of Dance communication is made via email, instagram, Facebook and class4kids software. Please ensure you follow our social media platforms for recent updates and continue to check all email folders. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to keep up to date with all relevant information regarding their child.

6.3 From time to time, it will be essential for physical contact to take place between the teacher and student/peers. We encourage safe practice at all times and support students in doing so.

6.4 All events (performances / exams) are a choice, therefore any participation is not compulsory.
